The default: films the whole family can watch together; any scary or intense moments for the littlest viewers are flagged in the Context Notes.

For children old enough to talk it through: sustained intensity, or language or sexual content that Common Sense Media rates 7–9.

For older children: stronger profanity, sexual content, or heavy themes that Common Sense Media rates 10–12, best watched with a parent.

Serious portrayals of sin, violence, or darkness for older children and teens (Common Sense Media 13+), watched with clear eyes and a guarded heart.
